For many centuries, Mani has been taking pride in the growing and cultivation of olive trees, as it consists one of the most essential traditional processes of the area. One of the most historic cultivator families, the Levakos family, have been engaged in this process for many generations since 1898. Their mission is to produce extra virgin olive oil with the incorporation of traditional methods in its collection and production, without the use of pesticides or fertilizers. This helps them maintain the quality and the taste of the olive oil unaltered, from the first day of its production till many months after it. Their vision is to offer a variety of healthy and nutritious olive-oil products, to families all over the world, which share the same passion for healthy food and who crave to taste the fruits of the olive trees as pure as the Greek land offers them, without the slightest use of any chemical inputs.
