Our most popular extra virgin olive oil, an excellent every day use healthy oil! A medium intensity extra virgin olive, with the fruit harvested from mid-November till December. With extremely low acidity and high polyphenol count (antioxidants).
Our most robust extra virgin olive oil, harvested during the first 2-3 weeks of November. Very strong peppery finish with extremely low acidity and our highest polyphenol count (antioxidants), Ranked Top Ten in the World for highest Healthy Oleocanthal composition.
One of the most awarded extra virgin olive oils in the world! Our family’s Award winning extra virgin olive oil, made exclusively from the Koroneiki Olive Varietal. We produce two estate oils on our olive farm, our Early Harvest Olio Nuovo Extra Virgin Olive Oil and our later harvest. Our Goal is quality, so both of our olive oils have very high polyphenol (antioxidants) count!
